Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sakura Park Hotel and Residence. By making a reservation or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • 1.1 Confirmation: Reservations are valid only after receiving written confirmation via email or our online system.
  • 1.2 Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other provided methods. Must be completed by the deadline.
  • 1.3 Deposit: We reserve the right to request a deposit as a guarantee, depending on the room type or package.
  • 1.4 Price Changes: Prices are final upon booking, unless there are changes in government taxes or force majeure.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • 2.1 Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for a refund. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit/full payment.
  • 2.2 Modification: Changes to dates/room types are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • 2.3 No-Show: Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice forfeits the entire payment.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • 3.1 Check-In Time: Standard check-in begins at 14:00 WIB.
  • 3.2 Check-Out Time: Must be completed before 12:00 WIB.
  • 3.3 Early/Late Requests: Subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
  • 3.4 Guest ID: A valid original ID (ID Card/Driver's License/Passport) is required upon check-in.

4. Children & Capacity

  • 4.1 Children: Under 6 years old stay for free using existing bedding. Extra beds incur additional charges.
  • 4.2 Room Capacity: The maximum guest capacity corresponds to the room type. Exceeding this may result in refusal or fines.

5. Prohibitions

  • 5.1 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Violations incur a fine of Rp500,000.
  • 5.2 Pets: Not allowed, except for certified service animals.
  • 5.3 Dangerous Goods: Firearms, explosives, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
  • 5.4 Illegal Activities: Gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc., are strictly prohibited.

6. Hotel Liability

  • 6.1 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items, except due to our negligence.
  • 6.2 Force Majeure: Not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, power outages, or riots.
  • 6.3 Data Privacy: Personal data is protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Facility Usage

  • 7.1 Public Facilities: Pools, gyms, and restaurants are subject to rules and operating hours.
  • 7.2 Damages: Guests are responsible for damage/loss of facilities caused by negligence. Repair costs will be charged.

8. Law & Amendments

  • 8.1 Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes resolved in Jakarta courts.
  • 9.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Latest version is at sakura.co.id.
