Cooking Class with Executive Chef

In this class, you will be invited to dive into the magic of Japanese cuisine, from basic fish cutting techniques to mixing secret spices passed down through generations. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing a stay experience that is not only comfortable but also enriches your culinary knowledge.

This event is perfect for those who want to improve their cooking skills, as well as for families looking for fun weekend activities. The class will conclude with a dining session where you can enjoy your own creations accompanied by a warm cup of Sakura Hotels' signature Ocha. Participants will also have the opportunity to take photos with our Executive Chef and take home authentic recipes to practice at home.

Event Details and Facilities

This cooking class is designed for everyone, both beginners and those with basic cooking experience. For three full hours, you will be guided step-by-step in making iconic dishes such as Sushi, Onigiri, and Chicken Teriyaki.
